Certifications & Insurance Knowledge

Safety First

Every member of our team completes a rigorous, mandatory training to ensure their safety at all times. We follow current safety protocols and standards as well as undergoing yearly, updated training to make sure that each crew is up to date on their duties as well as safety protocols. Each member must also know what the PM Role entails so that in case one of them filling in in their absence, the project can be managed and completed successfully until they are back.

Certified & Insured

On top of us taking classes from being TPO Certified to insured, we also ensure a Project Manager is on every job site from start to finish. This helps us as well as the business and home owners know that on each project nothing will be missed or overlooked and that the process goes smoothly. What is required legally of our crew during the installation will be monitored and corrected if needed.

Class 3 Reduction

Once we complete your roof installation, we will immediately contact your insurance with our invoice as well as a form called a "Class 3 Reduction". This is a form that states the type of materials used, which are hail-impact resistant and made for up to 160MPH winds, and this should lower your premium on your next payment through your carrier.

FAQ

  • My roof leaks. Do I need to have it replaced completely?

Not necessarily but if it is a leak that has been there for a longer period of time, and the roof is also older, it is probably going to be the best option to do so. It is possible that a section of your roof is just loose, or that damage occurred in one place only. We'll conduct a thorough investigation before suggesting repair options.

  • How long can I expect my roof system to last?

With a proper installation, effective ventilation, and quality material and shingles installed on your home, as well as Ice & Water used in the correct places on your roof -- it could last anywhere from 20-35+ years. Always make sure with your installation you receive a warranty as well as information on the workmanship warranty, which will be seperate. We provide both after install you will be sent both in the mail. If you do not receive them, reach out to our office so we can deliver the warranties and certificates.

  • Are your services covered by my home insurance?

They can be. We need to assess first how long the damage has been on your home and roof, and then determine when the storm was that caused the damage. In some cases you have two years to report the damage, but if further damage occurs before you report and you do not mitigate it, this could case the carrier to deny. It is a case to case basis but we specialize in denied and underpaid claims and have a great track record with results.

  • When is the best time to do roofing repairs?

When the weather is not as cold that is a plus because it helps the shingles to seal, but as long as we have two days clear with no rain, that is a perfect time for an installation or repair.
